With over 14 years in the classroom and more than a decade supporting thousands of multi-generational students and employees as a faculty member and student affairs professional, I've seen one truth clearly: learning needs are evolving faster than ever.

Inspired by this reality—and deepened by a PhD in Human Capital Development, with an emphasis in Instructional Technology & Design—I founded 21st Century Learning Solutions. Too many learners, from Gen Z to seasoned professionals, leave traditional classrooms uninspired. Faculty and administrators, experts in their fields, often lack the time or roadmap to redesign experiences that truly engage today's learners.
